MONTHLY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMS

The goal of our strength & conditioning program is to prevent injury, help you move better and improve performance for life and athletic competition. All coaches hold training certifications and personally oversee all training exercises. All memberships include a free movement screening, a personalized training program, and unlimited access to group fitness classes. 

We have a couple options for free downloadable apps to make registering for classes and training easier.  You can use the Mindbody app or the MemberMe+ app.  Both are free, available in the app store,  and you can book your classes on your phone with just a couple steps.  Here is a link for the Mindbody app  Click here to get set up with Mindbody app

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING 

Brief Description:  This program focuses on running form, agility, speed, core strength and explosiveness. Programming includes mobility, core work, plyometrics, sprinting and fun speed training contests and activities.

Dates: Year Round

Days & Times: September-May- Tues & Thurs. 4:30pm, June-Aug.- Mon & Wed, 8am

Ages: Ages 8-12, 12-18

Cost: $75/mo (2 sessions per week) or $15 drop in

ROOKIE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (Age 8+) 

Brief Description:  This program is specifically designed for young athletes new to strength & speed training. Young athletes will learn the foundational skills necessary to prevent injury, run faster, jump higher and move better in 2 sessions per week. For more information email jim@factoryhoops.com or call 302-703-6964.

June-August Mon-Thur. 7-10am, 3-7pm

Ages: 8-12

Cost: $75/mo or $205/3 months

45-60 minute sessions

4-DAY ATHLETE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (Age 12+)

Brief Description:  This program is designed for the middle school through college athletes looking to improve performance. Athletes will learn skills to stay healthy, get stronger, and move better. Ages: Ages 12+  

Cost: $120/mo for 4 day program (Reduced pricing for 2-day & 3-day options) 

3-DAY ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (Ages 18+)

Brief Description:  Sessions last about 60 minutes and include an extensive warmup to prep muscles for movement, explosive plyometric exercises, an olympic lifts followed by push, pull, legs and balance lifts. Cost: $100/mo or $280/3 months 

SENIOR STRENGTH TRAINING (Age 60+)

Cost: $75/mo or $205/season (3 months)

This low-impact program is designed to strengthen muscles surrounding your knees, hips, ankles and core; improve balance, coordination and flexibility; and to increase functional movement.  GROUP FITNESS MEMBERSHIP

Cost:  $60/month or $60/10 class pass or  $10 drop in **FIRST CLASS IS FREE**

Insanity Live  Tuesday 8am, Wednesday 5pm & Saturday 7:30am

45-60 minutes of bootcamp style workouts incorporating functional movements and a combination of strength and cardio exercises.  Guaranteed to get your maximum calorie burn per workout.  All moves have modifications that your instructors are taught so it can be done by anyone.  Taught by Insanity Live instructors: Tara Woods and Nicole Tingle. 

P90X Live  Monday 5pm and Thursday 8am 

P90X LIVE is total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It’s tough—but your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.  Taught by P90X Live instructor:  Tara Woods 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Brief Description:  Prepare for the upcoming season, get back in shape, reach a personal goal. Our trainers will motivate and push you beyond your limits.
